Massage that works with your nervous system, at your pace

Boulder, Colorado

Myofascial Release • Deep Tissue • Trigger Point • Thai & Shiatsu • Swedish • Cupping • Aromatherapy

Most pain has history. Posture, old injuries, stress that found a place in the shoulders and stayed.I work with the whole person, not just the sore spot, blending deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, and guided breath. We talk before we start, I move at a pace your body can actually meet, and I check in as we go, offering options and letting you know how much time remains. You don’t need to be in pain to book. Plenty of people come simply because they want to feel good, and that’s reason enough. Either way, the session time is yours. Tell me what you need and I will happily honor it; more pressure, less, more time in one place, whatever makes it a fantastic massage for you. You should never have to brace, stay quiet, or hope I notice.I’ve trained across a range of bodywork modalities and I’m currently a student in the Somatic Experiencing program, work that’s shown me how much chronic tension is protection, and how much faster it softens once the body feels met instead of pushed.Come tired, guarded, aching, or just wanting to feel amazing. All bodies are welcome here.

“Osha is an incredibly gifted massage therapist who brings deep presence and attunement to every session. His technical skill is matched by his ability to create a grounded, centered space, making it easy for me to drop in and truly receive the work. Each time I see him, I leave feeling not only physically restored but also more connected to myself, his own depth of personal work shines through in the care he offers.”
Joanna S.
“My massage with Osha was magical. He’s not overselling himself when he speaks of nervous system entrainment. It was such a gift to receive touch and presence from him which enabled me to drop in to some of the deepest states of relaxation I’ve experienced in a while.”
Sarah W.
“Osha has a truly remarkable therapeutic touch. His ability to intuitively sense areas of tension and respond with just the right amount of pressure creates an experience that is both deeply healing and relaxing. His touch is intentional, nurturing, and incredibly effective. I’m full of gratitude for him sharing his skill and touch.”
Daniel W.
“Osha has become my go-to for massage. He doesn’t just support my body; he brings a whole experience of relaxation with him. From deep breaths to essential oils to clear intentions, I always leave feeling relaxed and well cared for.”
Rachel Z.

“Osha’s massages are unlike any I’ve experienced. His thoughtful integration of movement and breathwork helps release tension on a deeper level, and I consistently leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for truly exceptional bodywork.”
Matthew N.
“Osha has a warm and rooted presence that moves through him into you. He offered a collaborative approach integrating massage based body work and somatic experiencing. All of me was welcomed!”
Dawn D.
“I feel grateful for having been referred to Osha for his bodywork. He is very attuned & responsive. I’ve seen him for multiple sessions, and my body needed different care each session. He was able to modify from lighter, restorative touch, to much deeper touch. I find it rare someone is willing to get in there as comfortably as Osha is. I have referred a number of dear friends to his bodywork practice. If someone in town asks me about bodywork, he is on the shortlist :)”

Who is Osha?

A smiling man with curly hair and a beard kneeling on the sandy beach with a small dog laying nearby. The ocean waves are in the background on a cloudy day.

I absolutely love guiding people on transformative journeys. This may take the form of an expressive dance journey as a DJ and facilitator, or a deep inner journey as a massage therapist and somatic therapy practitioner. I find great fulfillment in supporting others through these experiences. For more than twenty years, I have cultivated a daily practice of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness. I consider myself a lifelong student, continually learning both in the classroom and through the lived experience of daily life. I began my massage training in 2017 with Thai massage studies in Thailand and graduated from massage school in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2020. That same year, I completed training in Structural Integration, also known as Rolfing, at the University of New Mexico in Taos.I am currently a student of Somatic Experiencing and integrate nervous system awareness and regulation into my sessions. In 2017, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. Over the years, I have assisted with young men’s wilderness rites of passage, participated in men’s groups since 2013, and even founded several of my own. As an adult, I have attended countless workshops focused on self-inquiry, healing, shadow work and self love just to name a few.Dance has been a central spiritual and embodiment practice for me. I have attended ecstatic dance weekly for over twelve years and have been DJing for the past five years. This practice has enriched my life beyond measure and connected me with communities far and wide.I am passionate about travel and cultural exchange, having lived in Ecuador for more than two years. Previously, I worked as a chef, caregiver, and gardener. Above all, I am deeply committed to healing; for myself, for others, and for the planet as a whole.
